We don’t offer scheduled delivery yet, but we recommend ordering 7-10 days in advance for birthdays, weekends away, or anniversaries – just to be safe.

Standard UK shipping is £3.95, or free on orders over £50. We offer tracked delivery and you'll receive updates once your box is on the way.

Since each box is custom-built and emotionally curated just for you, we’re unable to accept returns once it’s shipped. That said – we genuinely care that you have a beautiful experience. If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or you feel something’s gone wrong, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll make it right – whether that’s replacing an item or offering store credit.
